The Hario V60 is the pour-over dripper that shaped an entire brewing method. The 01 size is built for a single cup, giving you full control over every pour.

Its spiral ribs and large single hole let you shape the extraction with your pour speed, as simple or as precise as you want it to be.

Do I need a specific server or jug?

You can brew straight onto a cup, or pair it with the Hario Range Server if you want to brew for more than one.

No. You can place the V60 directly on top of your favourite mug. However, pairing it with a server (like the Hario Range Server) is recommended if you want to swirl, decant, or measure your yield visually.

You will need Hario V60-01 paper filters, freshly ground specialty coffee, hot water (ideally from a gooseneck kettle for flow control), and a digital scale.
