Specialty coffee in Portugal has a supply problem. Home baristas chase gear across a dozen international sites with slow shipping and no local support.
Coffee shops are stuck choosing between local roasters who can't scale their catalogue and industrial suppliers who treat coffee like a commodity. Trama exists to close that gap: one platform, curated properly, that takes both the coffee and the tools seriously.

Trama Specialty Coffee is our proprietary roast: sourced, roasted, and packed specifically for the brand, not resold from a third-party roaster. It launches in 250g bags, with tasting notes and roast date on every release. Our product roadmap extends from there into the tools that turn brewing into a ritual: precision grinders, 0.1g scales, tamping mats, dosing funnels, filters, and further brew gear.
